Established
1995, Kwang Tung Temple Dogs, located in unique, desert-like Southwestern New Mexico, have been providing the
perfect family companions through health and temperament - uniting happy families with healthy, well-adjusted Chinese Shar-Pei.
Our
mission is to educate the World about our breed and to show people that they are so much more
than just "cute dogs with wrinkles."
We take our
dedication to this breed VERY seriously. We have built our reputation on producing healthy puppies
to become lifelong companions, and to do that we have bred only from the dogs we knew would pass on longevity and health so
that each puppy embodies just that. We provide 24/7 LIFETIME support to new owners, who all know
that anytime they have a question or concern we are available for them.
Many hours are spent on the phone, emailing, or
chatting in person with each family who adopts one of our puppies. And not everyone we speak with gets one of our puppies.
We have turned down many because we did not feel they would make the best home for one of our precious peibies. We welcome
everyone who wants to learn about the breed and will take the knowledge they gain seriously. Sharing your life with a Pei
can turn into a 15 year ordeal and each owner must convey to us that they are willing to spend that time making their Pei's
life the best that it can be. These dogs deserve no less.
Even for those who do not adopt a puppy from us, we
still lend an ear and give advice anytime it's needed. We have made many friends over the years and have hopefully educated
many people to how wonderful and loving this breed can be!

This handsome
gentleman is Kwang Tung Subutai, celebrated Sire here at Kwang Tung Temple Dogs. Subutai has produced top notch puppies -
all show worthy - with super personalities and loving temperaments! There are some very happy new owners out there sharing
their lives with Subi's puppies.
Subi produces big beautiful
heads, adorable faces, straight fronts, compact body, cointails, perfect bite, tiny ears, all in a variety of
colors (blue, isabella, flowered) and coats (brush and bear). Almost all of his puppies have perfect, untouched
eyes.

in good standing with American Kennel Club; past members in good standing two years with Miniature Shar-Pei Club of
America; and registered in the great State of New Mexico
